This personalized water bottle idea was born from three things:

1. The power of the ‘I AM’ statement.

2. Our ability to change the crystalline structure of water through consciousness.

3. My own experience through healing.

Five years ago, I fell into a deep depression which led me on a quest for healing from within. During my research, I learned that negative self-talk is a habit that can be changed. In order to change a habit, you need to replace it with something else. In this case, replace negative self-talk with positive self-talk.

Back then, everyone was talking about the power of affirmations to change your mindset. "Just say your affirmations each morning and your mindset will begin to change," they said.

It doesn't work that way.

Your beliefs are buried deep within your unconscious and in the cells of your being. So when you say aloud, ‘I AM worthy,’ but your underlying core belief is, I am unworthy," your brain will be quick to remind you of this and it’ll start an inner war.

I kept digging. I knew there had to be a way around—a better way to get to the heart of the issue. 

I then learned of a study done by Dr. Masuro Emoto, a Japanese scientist who found that human consciousness can affect water molecules. He discovered that beautiful crystals were formed after exposure to positive words, thoughts, and prayer, while disfigured crystals were formed after exposure to negative words and thoughts.

Our bodies are made of 70% water—which is why positive and negative thoughts and words make such an impact.

When you speak and think positively, you’ll not only raise your own vibration and change the crystalline structure in your body, and you’ll also change the crystalline structure of the water in the bottle and then infuse it into your body when you drink it.
